Ageing is one of those parts of life that seems to scare most people, probably because we’ve all been raised to fear it. Avocados don’t just help your body in terms of nutrition, but they can also do wonders to tighten and moisturize your face, leaving you looking younger. You can make a variety of homemade face masks using avocados with honey, coconut oil and other natural ingredients.
This is one powerful spice! You may have heard of its anti-inflammatory properties, but this spice also does wonders to prevent ageing of the skin. It contains antioxidants and antiviral properties as well, and if you know anything about your skin it’s that antioxidants do wonders to help prevent ageing and keep you looking your best. Some studies have even been done to suggest that turmeric can help with sun/UV caused ageing. Consume this spice regularly in your food, and make a mask out of it as well. Mix a teaspoon of turmeric with a teaspoon of coconut oil and a teaspoon of honey for a quick and easy homemade beauty mask. Leave it on for about 20 minutes.
This natural oil is great for many beauty remedies, and keeping your skin soft and regenerated is one of them. Simply apply before bed a few times a week and it’ll do wonders for your skin.
