I mean, you CAN eat a spoonful of cinnamon but that may be painful and rather awful for you, so you probably shouldn’t. Really. For your sake and mine, I embarked on a research spree trying to find the best way to utilize this natural method for weightloss and health, and I think I’ve found it!
There is a magical drink you could be consuming that contains cinnamon and will aid you in fat burning. I came upon this amazing recipe a while ago after searching for ways I could incorporate cinnamon into a healthy diet, and it’s been a fantastic way to start my day. The recipe is simple and quick, and can easily become part of your daily routine!
What You’ll Need
- 1 tbsp of raw honey
- 1 tsp of cinnamon (organic ground cinnamon)
Boil a cup of water, as you would for tea. In a mug, place your teaspoon of cinnamon and pour the water. Allow it to cool for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, add your honey. Make sure to add the honey once the drink is cooled in order to hang on to the important nutritional properties you’ll need from the honey! Mix it all together and drink 20 minutes before eating anything for breakfast. It’s most effective on an empty stomach.
